Requirements:
-Laptop/Phone with Internet Access
-Blocked Smart SIM (LTE, Buddy, TNT, Jump-In, KickStart, Nano, etc. with at least PhP100.00 balance). Insert the SIM to another phone/broadband to receive verification code.
Procedure:
1. Using a laptop/phone with internet access, go to http://my.smart.com.ph and register a new account using the details of your blocked SIM number (without the 0 in the first digit, i.e. 9281234568). Input your desired name, surname and password and hit Register button. Your blocked SIM will receive an SMS verification from Smart and you will have to input the code into the page that appear next in the registration process.

Alternative Way to Unblock Blocked SIMs
I haven't tried this using Smartbro SIM.
1. Text ROAM ON to 333 and wait for confirmation message.
2. Text ROAM OFF to 211 and wait for confirmation message.
3. Text PROTECT ON to 9999 and wait for confirmation message.
Unblock Talk 'N Text SIM
1. Send ROAM OFF to 333 and wait for confirmation.
2. Send SET to 211 and wait for confirmation.
Alternative Method for Blocked Data (Jump-IN, KickStart, SmartBro, Buddy, Nano)
1. Send SET to 211 and wait for confirmation.
2. Send PROTECT ON to 999 and wait for confirmation.
That's it, your internet access is no longer blocked!
Note: You have to have at least one hundred peso balance in your account for this tutorial to be a success. Don't worry, your hundred pesos will not be consumed. Not working with SmartBro SIM.

Does this work for a SmartBro simcard? I successfully did all of the steps mentioned above but when I checked the panel on the left there is no "Account Services" option, only Balance & Usage, Rewards and Account Settings. ;n;

Sa modem dashboard nyo po. Sa tattoo po nakikita yun sa browser address: http://192.168.1.1/ pacheck na lang sa manual ng modem nyo kung paano pumunta sa dashboard.

Pag congested ang area nyo, malabo na makarami ka sa speed. Yung LTE 50 register ka lang then lagay mo sa modem mo.

ReplyDeleteAng tutorial na ito ay para lang sa mga users na hindi nakakasagap ng LTE dahil blocked ang LTE signal nila o kaya ay totally di makaaccess ng internet dahil blocked na ng Smart. Mabuti nga po sa inyo ay 1mbps pa e, sa iba mak na ang 50kbps kahit LTE pa. Dahil nasa syudad kayo at for sure daming gumagamit ngayon ng smart dahil sa bugbug, kaya ganyan lang ang speed nyo. try nyo magVPN baka bumilis. congestation lang ang sagot sa issue nyo.

Pag nabablock, just redo the process lang po. O kaya para iwas block, gamit kayo ng VPNs.
Sr, na block po ako, kasi maraming nakiconnect sa wifi ko Lte Smart sim rin po ako. naging 3g po from 4g yung sim ko. at walang internet connection (whch i assumed na nablocked talaga) tinry ko po ung steps nio at natapos ko po. pero may nakalagay after 25 minutes pa raw for processing. ang tanong ko po. gagana na po ba ang Sim with in that 25 mins or after? kasi chineck ko po withn 25 mins wla pa ring internet. Deleteif hindi po gumana, you can just call their CSR to unblock your SIM, sabihin nyo lang na hindi na kayo makaacess ng net. that's the most efficient but not easy way to solve your issues.

Delete@unknown, sa area signal nyo na po siguro yan, naexperience ko na po ang ganyan e, akala ko walang 4G sa area namin, tapos nilipat ko lang ng pwesto ang modem, nagkaroon.

Ang ginagawa ko lang is to send:
Protect on to 9999
Reboot my device, Then send again:
Protect off to 9999
Tapos nakakaaccess na ulit ako ng internet..
*Sa mga nagtataka kung bakit Nagproprotect off pa ako, kasi I'm using regular browsing rate(5P per 15 mins) dahil walang cap... As a heavy downloader, this is my temporary solution since nawala yung unlisurf promos... Mas sulit kasi, I can download up to 3-5gig per hour depending on the number of seeders..

Nagbebenta sila ng promos (Unlimited Internet = No Cap) and legit naman since sa mga kilalang stores yung payment options. (Ex. 7 Eleven).. Check Niyo nalang sila sa FB site nila... Andun na lahat ng info na need niyo...
Para po ito sa mga di pa nakakaalam.. Hehe
patulong naman po. smartbro prepaid lte sim(pero 3g lang pokasi wala lte dito) pero gamit kopo niregister surfamx 995 tapos kakadownload ko na block access sa internet di maka connect no service sa modem gamit kopo pano po ba makaconnect ulit sa internet kasi meron papo ako 2 weeks sa niregister kkopo surfmax995

Hi po hindi na ako makaconnect sa internet kahapon lang...gumamit po ako ng syponshield 102 sa smart bro kickstart ko para makanet ako kahit walang load at yun nga disconnected ako at 7 plus..dont know the specific time basta sa mga oras na yun hindi na makaconnect sa internet...ask ko lang po sir Euan kung gagana ba ba ang tut na yan sa issue ko...

Meron akong PLDT Home Prepaid na powered by smart BRO LTE, napakabagal mas mabilis pa free data ko kaya ang ginawa ko sinaksak ko sa phone ko yung sim ng modem, tapos ang bilis nakaka 20Mb average ako. after less than 2 days bigla nalang nawala yung data logo sa phone ko tapos wala na connection, binalik ko sa modem which is unusable naman from the start. Please help.
